He then explains to us that he needs to purchase a battery because the one that is installed is bad and incapable of charging the truck. This mechanic starts the truck in less than 10-minutes. Ok.The previous owner (woman we purchased the truck from) has her mechanic come to the site where the truck is the very next day. He stated that the spark plugs are bad and the truck needs to be seen by a mechanic to undo extensive repairs. I reminded the man that he was a mechanic and that we were paying $275 for him to use his expertise in performing a job. He refused and recommended I have a mechanic look at the truck. I ask him to try again because the previous owner said the truck works, just has been sitting for one-year. Great right? No.The mechanic looks at the truck for less than 15-muinutes and says the connector cables are fried and the truck is inoperable. A mechanic arrived to the location on time. The company informed us that we were going to be charged to jump start the truck put air in the tries and to put a battery in the truck. Mu husband and I hired this company because we needed a mechanic to jump start a truck that we recently purchased. To the operator who kept telling me to be specific, I hope this covers it. They acted very rude and very unprofessional.

We then had to drive in front of the rude driver who was driving down Cicero doing about 50 mph in a rain storm in a tow truck! We then came home where he left the car in a precarious situation on my drive way. We wanted to know why this option was not initially offered. The second time he came out, he said we could have paid $50 more dollars and he wouldve gladly took the spare and filled it with air.
When I inquired about the horrible service and insisted they come out and correct this they sent the same rude horrible driver. He put the tire on her car absolutely empty and advised her to get a can of fix a flat. However, the driver did not even check the condition of the spare before applying it to her car. This was the worst tire service my naive sister could have called. I politely started my engine and pulled smooth out!The BIG moral of the story is I PEEP YOUR GAME, 😘 nice try. I have a slow leak and wanted to hurry up and get my tire fixed so that I could continue working.THIS TIME (before even diagnosing the tires damage) I was automatically told that it would be $25. WOW!!!LAST VISIT was this morning at 4 am. I then asked, well how much to put on my donut.I was advised $15. Of course I understand that they have after hours prices but $25? I naturally gave off a response of disappointment but had little time to sulk as I was advised that the man who does the work was about to go home so if I wanted it I had to make a choice right then and there (which is odd because if he leaves, then technically you wouldn’t have ANYONE there to provide this “24 hour service “ right? Moving along).

I was told that a patch would be $15 while a plug would be $25 🤔🤔🤔. The second time that I did business with them, it was approximately 2 am and again I needed my tire repaired. That being said, the first time that I visited them was one evening at around 9 pm, at that time I had a tire repaired. I have visited them thrice, and three strikes they’re OUT! I drive for a living, so needless to say, I frequently have to repair and replace my tires. I have to agree with most of the reviews here that speak about this place and it’s lack luster customer service.
